Katarina Mannheimer Ahlström

Katarina is a Swedish spiritual teacher, psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, Journey practitioner and yoga instructor.

She holds a Ph D in psychology within social work, and started out as an associate professor at Stockholm University in Sweden.

However, her spiritual journey has been just as extensive as her academic one. After leaving the academic world in 2010, she is a sought after public speaker, international retreat leader and spiritual teacher.

She is the author of two books within the fields of psychology, spirituality and healing; ”Journey of the heart” (2018) and ”I will get through this” (2022).

Katarina is looking so much forward to co-hosting this magical retreat together with wonderful Beverley Holt. After podcasting together for a year, we are so excited to finally offer our first live Sangsurya event together.
