Chefs really look forward to preparing and serving meals from our fully-equipped, home-style kitchen.
With large pantries, commercial fridges, commercial gas range ovens, a dishwasher, a large outdoor BBQ, and an array of kitchen equipment, serving platters and utensils, our user-friendly kitchen is a well-loved space.
There is a private bathroom and shower attached for the chefs which makes their workday comfortable and pleasant. To top it off, the balcony with sea views allows chefs to enjoy many a breezy respite from their cooking activities, catching some time out to rest on the large outdoor daybed.
The Dining Room
Our spacious open-plan dining room is arranged to cater for large groups of people. It is located 150 metres from the group room and has insulated timber floors, bamboo ceilings and wide front and rear covered decks.
Guests can enjoy forest and ocean views with sea breezes in summer and a warm indoor fire in winter. The dining room provides a lovely feeling of warmth and friendliness for participants to enjoy each other’s company or to be absorbed in the quietude of a shared inner focus.
We can recommend a range of experienced caterers who offer delicious cuisine for between $65 and $85 per person per day, depending on the style of menu and number of guests.
Meals range from 100% vegan, to vegetarian, through to a combination of light meats and whole foods and all dietary needs can be catered for. An abundance of spray-free and organic, farm-fresh produce is available, sourced from our local farmers’ markets. Please contact us for recommendations of local chefs here.
